Lawrence Leonard (1923-2001) packed many lives into one and lived them all to the full: conductor, composer, writer, teacher, cellist, an author for both children and adults and a popular and charismatic teacher.

This site is dedicated to his memory, and aims as a place to preserve and share his legacy and his works in many of those fields.
